Matrix came away with a few top trophies from the recent UKCA National Championships. The senior co-ed elite team took third place, an amazing achievement as the standard was so high this year. Ross and Jessica also scooped third in the partner stunt division along with the Junior co-ed stunt team.
The championships took place over two days at Manchester’s Veladrome and featured more than 3,000 cheerleaders over the weekend. Matrix took soloists, stunt teams and dance teams all who performed brilliantly. A massive well done to all who competed, you really did yourselves and us proud. The team are now preparing for their next competition in Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on May 9th where teenies, peewees, juniors and mums will compete!
